The other day our security camera captured our post lady arriving to deliver our post.  As she got out of her van she said “Nice door!”  We thought this was high praise as she was simply talking to herself!!

Hi Michael   Can I just say how totally thrilled both John & I are with Phase 1.   The windows look absolutely stunning, and of course, I love my monkey tail handles!   The guys that have been working here have been polite, good fun, extremely tidy, perfectionists oh and with great singing voices.  It has been a pleasure having them here over the last few days.   I am sure you should be doing before and after photographs of Bank Cottage for your web-site, you must come and have a look if you are able, they are totally transforming the cottage.   It goes without saying that we are very much looking forward to Phase 2,   With very best wishes,   Judith.

Good morning, I just wanted to drop you an email to say how happy we are with the amazing service we received from everyone at Nicholson. Our new front door was fitted yesterday and we are the happiest customers in the world! Garry and Michael took very precise measurements for our new door and ensured we were happy with everything before approving the final design. When I needed help regarding our new flooring level Garry took the time to reply with a very detailed and helpful diagram which reassured us all would be well. They went above and beyond to ensure we were happy with our order. The construction of our bespoke door is superb! Our door is flawless and a thing of beauty! The measurements were spot on meaning fitting was straightforward. Sym fitted our door with great care and took the time to ensure it was perfect before he left. Even on his special birthday he worked a full day to get the job done. He clearly takes a lot of pride in his workmanship and his work is superior to anything we’ve seen before.
